America's top trucking lawyers will teach how to:
- Find the rules and standards applicable to trucking cases;
- Effective examination of defense witnesses, including drivers and safety directors;
- Effective examination of first responders and scene witnesses; and
- How to identify, hire and prepare your experts for deposition and trial.
After each lecture, attendees will break into small groups in which they will practice these skills. Each attendee will receive feedback and coaching from experienced faculty.
